講者介紹 / Speaker Introduction
魯懷爾教授現任慕尼黑大學金融市場法研究中心主任，法學院講座教授，長期擔任德國聯邦金融監理委員會法律顧問，為國際上歐洲金融市場法著名的學者。
目前亦為歐洲聯盟及德國永續金融平台的諮詢人員，主要研究專長為永續金融、歐盟公司法、金融市場法。

Rüdiger Veil holds the Chair for Civil Law and Business Law at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität, Munich. He graduated from Justus Liebig University,
Gießen in 1993 and Humboldt University, Berlin, in 1995, then joined a law firm in Düsseldorf as an attorney. In 2002, Rüdiger obtained his postdoctoral qualification (habilitation).
Following an interim professorship at the University of Heidelberg, Rüdiger served as a law professor at Bucerius Law School, Hamburg, from 2003 to 2017.
His main research areas are European corporate law and capital markets law.
